Square / Cuboid Cooling Tower (DFC-60 series)

Our Square/Cuboid Cooling Towers are modularly designed and structured to ensure scalability with changing requirements. The towers perform well under induced draught counter flow principle of operation. They are vertically installed to counter the air flow against water flow. The design also ensures even distribution of water for proper heat transfer.
 
 Salient features:
 

 FRP casing: They are constructed with FRP casing and have the relevant support structure to ensure sufficient structural strength. The casing is durable, light weight and corrosion free. The panels are of corrosion resistant fibreglass with a longer service life. We use superior quality Isothelic resin and FRP matting, making the components stronger for withstanding wind pressures, UV sunrays etc.
 
 Drift eliminators: The drift eliminators made of rigid PVC/FRP are mounted on top of the towers to prevent carryover of the droplets by the fan thus ensuring a drift loss to less than 0.02 % of water in circulation.
 
 Design: The multi-cell design of the cooling towers ensures high flexibility. The design can also be customized to meet individual cooling requirements and conditions.
 
 Fan: The axial-flow type fans are specially designed to ensure energy saving and generate maximum air flow at minimum pitch angle of blades in the cooling towers.FRP/Aluminium fan blades and hub that are statically and dynamically balanced resulting in zero vibrations.
 
 Motor: The electric motor is totally enclosed weatherproof, low RPM and suitable for tropical conditions.
 
 Fills: The fills are high performance, heavy duty, low weight, excellent resistance to corrosion. They offer the perfect balance between maximum heat transfer surface area vis-à-vis minimum restrictions to air flow. Our fills are available in 24” x 12” x 6” with 0.25 mm thickness. PVC Fills are capable to handle hard water with an option of LPS (Loose Polypropylene Splash Type) fills for dirty water and high temperature applications.
 
 
 Splash Caps: The material and design of the splash caps ensure that the water spreads evenly over the heat transfer area. The splash caps are light in weight and lessen the frequency of clogging
